Nash is originally from Africa and has traveled all around the world and now calls B.C. home. Nash is a 300 hour level certified Yoga Teacher and is currently taking her Pilates Mat level 1 and 2 and working on her personal training certification.

Nash started practicing Yoga after the birth of her son as she suffering from terrible back pain. From this practice she found her true love of Yoga. Yoga has helped her strengthen and renew her mind and body. Daily Yoga practice helps Nash face all the wonderful challenges of being a Mother.
