Rene Rene
Rene began her yoga journey over eight years ago, but only fell in love with it two years ago when she found a teacher she could connect with and started to learn what yoga is truly all about. She successfully completed the 200 hour level Yoga Teacher Training under that very teacher Julia Shields of “Free Spirit Yoga.” Rene compliments her yoga teaching with a certification in Reike and Holistic Massage. Her understanding of people’s unique bodies and their different needs ensures that she teaches with compassion and love. Rene is committed to helping fellow yogi’s, and yogi’s to be, understand their own body’s limitations and potential. Namaste!

Sara Sara
Sara began practicing various yoga styles in 1999, after many years of formal dance training. After being inspired by so many yoga practicioners, she completed her long awaited goal of becoming a yoga instructor with her friend and mentor Julia Shields, of Free Spirit Yoga and Pilates. At which time she trained in Classical Hatha Yoga, Patanjali's eight limbs. Sara is compassionate, energetic, easy going, and honest. She is inspired by the various styles of yoga, and the physical, and emotional benifits recieved by this practice.

Lindsay Lindsay
Lindsay began her yoga journey seven years ago at a gym to improve her balance and flexibility.  She was immediately drawn to practice and the physical and mental benefits that came along with it.  Yoga has helped to sustain balance in her daily life in both body and mind.  She has found yoga to be beneficial with her other interests such as snowboarding and dancing; by improving the awareness of her body and its surroundings. Lindsay has always had an interest in the human body and movement and went on to obtained her B.Kin from UCFV and is currently working as a registered kinesiologist and personal trainer.

Renée Renée
Renée has always strived towards balanced health in her personal life and career. Over the past 12 years she has worked as a Kinesiologist doing rehabilitation work and individual and group fitness training. She applied a keen interest in holistic, mind-body health to help her clients achieve harmony in their overall health. A few years ago, Renée discovered a missing piece in her own fitness practice when she took a restorative, relaxation yoga class and felt first-hand the calming effects on the nervous system and the feeling of connectedness within. Many yoga classes later, along with an awareness of the diversity of yoga training and the myriad of therapeutic benefits, Renée decided to become a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. In 2008 she completed her 200-level certification at Free Spirit Yoga and continues to enjoy taking as well as teaching a variety of classes.
