TRX Suspension Training

Our TRX classes are limited to 10 students Maximum. 
We offer Intro programs for the curious.
TRX Express 1/2 hour session for clients with busy schedules
TRX Level 1 & 2 a full 1 hour session for clients wanting a total body workout, cardio and fat burning session.
Private one on one and private group sessions also available.
