Virginia was drawn to Yoga to reduce stress and improve her flexibility. She soon realized Yoga has many rewards through dedicated practice.

Virginia's aspirations are to help others find balance of mind, body and spirit.
Virginia currently teaches Yoga and Pilates mat classes and a combination of both modalities. |

Yoga Teacher Training: Graduated in December 2004 from the 200 hour Level I Yoga Teacher Training Program with Free Spirit Yoga and Pilates. Completed the YABC Yoga Safe program and has her CPR and First Aid. |
