All forms of physical Yoga are Hatha based. Classical Hatha Yoga involves Patanjali's 8 limbs of Yoga. The ethical principles (Yamas and Niyamas) breathing techniques (Pranayama)and meditation skills. Modifications for the Yoga poses are shown throughout the classes thus allowing you to work comfortably at your own pace in a stress-free, non-competitive setting.

Prenatal Yoga
Gentle Yoga poses, breath work and relaxation techniques designed to prepare expectant Mom's for childbirth. Embody the power, beauty and transformation of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. New moms are welcome to bring new babies to class.

Hot Yoga
Traditional Hatha Yoga poses done in a studio heated to 95 -100 degrees. Hot Yoga is designed to detoxify you from the inside out as it rejuvenates, heals, strengthens, reshapes and relaxes your body and mind. Must be physically fit, with no know health problems.

Hot Yogalates
A challenging fusion of Hot Yoga and Pilates progressions focusing on core strength. An excellent class for toning your abdominal muscles, legs and buttocks as well as strengthening your back.

Yin Yoga
Paul Grilley's quiet yet profound system of slow deepYoga stretches. Yin Yoga uses long held, relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the deep connective "Yin" tissues of the body. Accessible to Yoga practicioners of any tradition and any experience level this practice strengthens chi flow and maintains health of the meridian system of the body. An excellent complement to "Yang" muscular forms of exercise and Yoga.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga takes Yoga to a deeper level by integrating rhythmic breathing with constant flowing Yoga Asana'a (poses). This ancient style of Yoga becomes a meditation in action. Previous Yoga experience recommended.

Chi Ball Yoga
Chi ball Yoga offers the gentle warming movements from Tai Chi to the fire and heat of Yoga's traditional asana's. Lying on the Chi ball massages the body, increasing sensation and awareness of the joints and muscles and relieves daily stress and tension.

Myofascial release using the ball
An experiential approach to complete muscle release created to elongate and re-educate muscles. Self massage using balls and rollers of various sizes, shapes and textures.
