Yoga Benefits:

Yoga aligns and strengthens the physical body, purifies the nervous system and develops concentration and mindfulness. Yoga will improve your flexibility, muscle tone and posture.  All of which combine to prevent injury, stress, pain suffering and disease.

Yoga asana's, ethical living principles, breathing techniques and meditation skills will help you deal with your day to day stress levels, fatigue and anxiety.  It will help to clear out the confusion and congestion of your mind and body.  Yoga will detoxify you from the inside out and give you peace of mind.

Infrared Hot Yoga benefits:

Infrared Hot Yoga offers many additional health benefits on top of the benefits non heated yoga styles present to us. 
Detoxification:  sweat produced by infrared heat contains approx 20% toxins compared to 3%  produced by traditional heat and exercise.
Increased Circulation: Infrared helps to release enzymes that increase the elimination of damaged tissues.  During this process, nitric oxide is released which helps expand capillaries and increases blood flow, helping to lower blood pressure.

Strengthens Cardiovascular system, improves skin appearance, strengthens the immune system, reduces pain & stiffness, increases blood flow helping to heal sore muscles & joints.  Reduces cellulite.
